What we service
Wine cabinets
Free-standing and built-in wine cabinets of any brand. Refrigeration faults, thermostat and controller problems, door seals and hinges, condensate drainage, fan and evaporator servicing, shelving and racking repairs.
Walk-in wine cellars
Cellar cooling units and split systems, humidity control and humidifier servicing, refrigerant checks and top-ups, insulation and vapour barrier issues, cellar doors and seals, lighting and controls.
Food and beverage equipment
Bar bottle coolers, undercounter and back-bar fridges, beer dispense and glycol systems, ice machines, humidors, and general commercial refrigeration in bars, restaurants and hotel outlets.
Metalwork and joinery
Refinishing and repair of the bars, racking and cabinetry we fabricate — including re-patination of antique finishes and replating, so a repair does not show as a patch.
How it works
One-off call-out
Something has stopped working, or is not holding temperature. Message us with the equipment, location and what it is doing. We will confirm an engineer slot and a call-out charge before we come.
Annual maintenance contract
Scheduled visits through the year with priority response between them. Suits hotels, restaurants and larger private cellars where downtime is expensive and the collection is not replaceable.
Warranty support
Equipment we supplied carries a five-year warranty. If it is still in warranty, tell us when you get in touch and we will handle it as a warranty job.
What to tell us when you book
The more of this you can send up front, the faster we can get the right engineer and the right parts to you:
- Equipment type, brand and model — a photo of the rating plate is ideal
- What it is doing, and when it started
- Current temperature reading versus your set point
- Any error codes on the controller
- Location and site access details, and whether it is a home or a working venue
- Whether it is under warranty with us
We cover the UAE, with project support across Oman, Saudi Arabia and Europe. Response times depend on location and whether you hold a maintenance contract.
