Metal is where a bespoke project is won or lost. A cellar door that sits flush after twenty years, a bar counter that takes daily abuse without marking, a bronze frame whose patina still reads as intentional a decade on — none of that comes from a catalogue. BartechCo designs, fabricates, finishes and installs metalwork in-house for hotels, restaurants and private residences across the UAE and the wider Gulf.
What we fabricate
- Bar structures and counters — front bar, back bar, speed rail and under-bar frameworks in stainless, brass and mild steel
- Wine cellar frames, doors and screens — thermally considered, gasket-detailed, glazed or solid
- Display cabinetry — glazed metal display cases for wine, spirits and cigars
- Racking and bin systems — cable, peg, diamond bin and label-forward racking
- Humidor casework — metal frames with sealed timber linings
- Feature panels and partitions — perforated, fluted and laser-cut screens

Specialist finishes
Finish is the part clients actually touch and look at, so we treat it as its own discipline rather than a last step. Samples are prepared and signed off before anything goes into production, and we keep a record of each approved finish so a project can be extended or repaired years later without a visible join.
Antique and patinated finishes
Our signature work. Patina is chemically developed and hand-worked on brass, bronze and copper, then knocked back and sealed by hand, so no two panels are identical and the depth reads as age rather than paint. It suits bars, cellar frames and feature joinery where a flat plated finish would look thin. Because it is hand-applied, we control the tone across a whole run — light antique through to near-black bronze — and can match into existing metalwork on a refurbishment.
Electroplated finishes
For a consistent, hard-wearing surface across large runs: brass, antique brass, bronze, copper, satin and polished nickel, chrome and black chrome. Plated components are far more forgiving in high-traffic hospitality settings and behind a working bar, where a hand-patinated surface would need more care.
Brushed, blackened and coated steel
Brushed and mirror-polished stainless for wet areas and back-bar surfaces, blackened mild steel for a matt architectural look, and powder coating to any RAL reference where a project’s specification calls for a set colour.

Wet bar design and build
A wet bar is a services problem dressed as a joinery problem. Get the drainage falls, water feed, waste routing and ventilation right at design stage and the rest follows; get them wrong and the finish work never quite recovers. We design the bar as a single assembly — structure, surfaces, services and refrigeration together — and coordinate directly with your interior designer, MEP consultant and main contractor.

Refrigerated and climate-controlled products
Most of our fabrication work ends up wrapped around something that has to hold a temperature, so we supply and integrate the equipment as well as the casework. That means one party is responsible when the cabinet, the cooling and the finish all have to work together.
- Bar bottle coolers — undercounter, back-bar and double-door
- Wine cabinets — single and dual temperature zones
- CCU — Climate Control Units for walk-in cellars and bespoke cabinets
- Humidors and cigar cabinets with controlled humidity
Where we work
Hotels and hospitality
Back-bar systems, restaurant wine walls, sommelier stations and lobby feature bars — built to survive service, and finished to survive scrutiny.
High-net-worth residences
Private cellars, wet bars, cigar rooms and display cabinetry in villas and penthouses, where the metalwork has to sit alongside stone, veneer and specialist lighting without a visible compromise.
Projects delivered across the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Europe. Every BartechCo installation is backed by our five-year warranty and ongoing service support.
How a project runs
- Brief and survey — we visit site, take measurements and understand the services already in place.
- Design — layouts, 3D visuals and a materials and finish schedule.
- Sample approval — physical finish samples signed off before production.
- Fabrication — built in our own workshop, not subcontracted out.
- Finishing — patination, plating, brushing or coating.
- Installation and handover — fitted, commissioned and documented.
- Service — maintenance and refinishing for the life of the installation.
