
Pewter Liquor Service Tray
Art Nouveau-style liqueur service featuring a full figural maiden posing in a long clinging dress stood on an elevated rock holding a pewter mount, within which is contained a glass decanter. Below, and surrounding, the maiden are six liqueur glasses of tapering form, resting in slight recesses within a pewter dish on either side of her.
This item is a reproduction of model no. 168/6 from WMF’s original “The Art Nouveau Domestic Metalwork Catalogue” dated 1906, as illustrated within our image collection. It was originally entitled: ‘Liqueur Service’.
